Customer service

I'm having installing the Responsa Project on my new laptop, which runs on Windows Vista (I have still have version 13). So I wrote to the Project asking for help. Their response has been so overwhelmingly helpful that I really need to acknowledge it publicly. They responded to my emails within minutes, and sent me a replacement disc as soon as possible. Thank you! I really appreciate it.
